The Creation

Creation

The Creation

We are in a time of Creation. Welcome it with open arms because it is actually the
Creation of Your Self !

Right now every day is bringing someone to me who needs help with becoming who
they came to be. It’s time for the unfolding of Self where you look inside yourself to
see what it is that makes your Soul sing, and sing it !

Ask yourself:

What is it that makes my Soul Sing ? What is the Soul Song that I would love to give
to the whole world ?

The time is now.

A time of your dreams shifting into reality
A time of finally getting to be you !
A time of embracing your destiny.
A time of living in love and resurrection of hope.

This means letting go of attachments to the way things used to be.

What better creation to work on and embrace than the Creation of Self.

Spring

Spring has arrived and with it the energy of new beginnings.  More than ever before, this includes new beginnings in Health.

This Spring I am seeing people becoming more healthy, even to the point of dealing with chronic health issues once and for all.  In some cases, it’s as if the person was waiting just for ‘now’ to begin living a healthier life.  I’m curious - even after years of living with health issues suddenly the time is ‘now’.

Who knows why sometimes ‘now’ is simply the perfect time.  My sense is that there is a certain energy for health available this year as never before, and it’s beginning right here, right now, this Spring, and it will carry on right through the year.  On some level we must have all decided that it is time to show up in our lives.

How I have prayed for this !

If the time for a healthier life was ‘now’ for you, what would change ?  What would your life look like ?  Be curious.

Love and Blessings for Good Health,
Janie

Love-Self Baby Christmas

Merry Christmas to you all !

The best Christmas Gift that you could give yourselves is Self Love. Treating yourself with loving kindness paves the way for the world to treat you this way. Loving yourself gives people around you permission to love themselves as well.

Self Love creates a world full of health and love and peace. Bless yourselves and everyone around you this Christmas.

Bless you and thank-you for being in my world.

All my Love,

Janie

Feeling Your Feelings as a Key to healing

Feeling Your Feelings

as a Key to healing depression (or anything!)

One really good way of working on healing depression is by ‘feeling your feelings’. Feelings are emotions. Only emotions. Feeling our feelings helps because it releases trapped emotion which is one of the underlying causes of depression.  In depression we have buried emotions, left them trapped, and dissociated from them.

A good way to 'feel your feelings' is to bring up the strongest emotion that you are feeling, whatever it is, and feel it and feel into it more and more deeply, allowing it to release, until the feeling is gone and you feel a different feeling. Feel this too, exaggerate it even - until it is gone. You will probably need to do this many times, releasing whatever emotion comes up for healing.  You may find it helpful to play music to bring the emotions to the surface. Set aside time and ask your Spirit for help.

Depression is a multifaceted, multilayered problem.  It's important to be patient when you are working with your depression and seek help from your medical Doctor as you need to.

Depression and Loneliness - Who needs your help?

Depression and Loneliness

Who needs your help? Depression is cited by the World Health Organization as a leading contributor to the "global burden of disease". Depression is a major human problem. Many of us have suffered from depression at some point in our lives and some of us contend with chronic depression too. Most of us know someone who is depressed. We can help.

Chuck and Janie:
"Depression is closely associated with a lack of self-esteem, depression is our refusal to go on in life after experiencing a loss, a shattered dream or a major disappointment"

Janie:
"Whatever upsetting or even devastating loss we have experienced has brought up powerful emotions for us.  Depression results when we dissociate from these painful emotions, wall then off and repress them.
This dissociation leaves us with less to engage with life: less excitement, less happiness, less fun, less of ourselves to join with others.  When you multiply this by many losses and upsets you can see how depression becomes more and more serious.

Feeling feelings, re-associating with our feelings, however painful, however strong is a postive healing step to take with depression."

Loneliness, in the western world especially, is a common problem - and it's not to do with how many social interactions we have in a day, it's a deeper, inner experience of loneliness and lack of real connection. Read more on Loneliness

Janie:
"One of the keys to unravelling loneliness is to examine where we feel that we are different from others.  These feelings of being different isolate us and encourage us to judge others, thereby blocking any chance of real connection.

One way through loneliness is to give.  When you give it cuts through blocks to connection and shows that you are thinking of or feeling into the person and what they need.
Imagine that you could give a 'gift' energetically, then as you go through your day imagine that everyone that you come into contact with and everyone that comes into your mind needs a gift - and give it to them. "
